This video is about health benefits of
dark chocolate and weight loss. I can’t believe it when I looked the video’s
tittle. I thought chocolate is high calories, not good health and put on
weight. However, dark chocolate have a several benefit for our health. I think
many people don’t know about this information. It is very happy for me to keep
health only to eat sweet dark chocolate. We should get dark chocolate in our
life and I hope to be made more delicious cuisine of dark chocolate:-)

返信削除Before you get too excited about this "research," some questions probably should come up in your mind.
Did you notice that the announcer on the video just reported that "some recent research said..."? He didn't mentioned the research team, the institution where the research was conducted, or the sponsoring agency of the research. Therefore, we really can't tell if the research was actually conducted or if the "facts" brought up in the video are completely made up.
There are many articles about food that appear in the media which simply tell people what they want to hear: for instance, that drinking red wine lowers the risk of heart attacks, or that drinking coffee positively influences the symptoms of dementia. Those, who like drinking wine or coffee probably don't care whether the quality of the research is good or bad. They are just happy that what they habitually do is being supported by "science." Some of these reports are based on real research, but, the sponsors of the research might be companies that produce the foods or beverages that are being praised.
Finally, if you follow the link that appears at the end of the video, you are taken to a highly suspicious website that offers you a "free" booklet about chocolate...IF you submit your personal information. Most likely, after you give your personal information, they would try to sell you something. Probably what they would try to sell you is dark chocolate.
Also, you jumped to the conclusion that "to keep health [you] only [need] to eat sweet dark chocolate." That's beyond even what the person in the video said, which was that you can lower your appetite and potentially lose weight if you eat dark chocolate with little or no processed sugar in it (NOT sweet chocolate). The video is advocating that you eat dark chocolate three times a day. Isn't that excessive? Also, they don't mention how much of it would be an acceptable amount.
Anyway, there's much about the video that should make us feel wary.

After readig your comment, I watched it and considered again. As you said, we should not swallow that the video said. There are a lot of information about food in the world. I must pay atention whether the information is correct or not.
返信削除I also very surprised that dark chocolate is good for health. I didn't know dark chocolate help to gain weight. After knowing this, I want to eat dark chocolate:)
