review of my book

Now, there are developing regions which are home to hundred of millions of poor and hungry people because of their poverty. In Aflica, for example, about 60 percent of all citizens are farmers living in the countryside, so if aglicultural trade between developed countries is better than now, they can live more confortably.
There is another ploblem which is high food prices. The price of internationally traded food commondities jumped upward sharply. The reason why it happens is the increased use of agricultual commodities for biofuels, such as ethanol produced from corn. It is very interesting book for me, so I'll keep reading to get more information.

Youtube Video: Fresh vs Frozen Food

Many people think that fresh food is better than frozen food, but is this true? Fresh food is lost 50 per cent nutrient when people eat it. On the other hand, frozen food is rocked in nutrient s by quick freezing not in season. Moreover, frozen food have big effect that bring more nutrients.

I thought fresh food is better than frozen food. However after watching the video, I understand frozen food have good points, so we should eat more it, I think.

Summary of My Book, page 1-16

What is food politics? It is a struggle over how the losses and gains from state action are allocated in the food and farming sector. It is different from other kinds of politics because of the way food and farming sectors change as each state struggle to make its own transition from being primarily agricultural and poor to being increasingly industrial and less poor and eventually to being largely postindustrial and wealthy. Recently, we have big problem abut food. The power of population is so superior to the power of the earth to produce subsistence for man, which means the amount of food lack of people in the world. In Africa, the number of undernourished people will increase another 30 percent by 2020 to reach 645 million. This is summary from 1 to 16 pases.
